Metal Plater (Anodizing)

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform anodizing and metal plating operations according to established procedures.
• Prepare metal parts for processing through cleaning, masking, rinsing, and inspection.
• Load and unload parts onto racks and fixtures for anodizing and finishing.
• Monitor production processes and perform quality checks throughout the plating operation.
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Maintain chemical tanks, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Complete production and quality documentation as required.
• Assist with general shop duties and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous anodizing, metal plating, manufacturing, or metal finishing experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around chemicals and production equipment while following safety protocols.
